Maura deals with consultancy, litigation and contracts in the field of civil law. Enrolled in the Milan Bar in February 2022, she graduated in Law from the Luigi Bocconi Commercial University, with full marks, discussing a thesis entitled “Abusive use of credit as a non-bankruptcy crime”. During her studies, she participated in the Erasmus program at the ESADE Business and Law School in Barcelona and did an internship at a Maltese company that deals with asset management. Before joining ABPS, she successfully completed an internship at the Court of Appeal of Milan (Civil Section I and Criminal Section II) and practiced forensics.

He is an Accountant, registered in the Milan Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts and in the Register of Auditors. He plays the role of Statutory Auditor of the company. Specialized in tax and corporate consultancy, estate planning, he deals with international taxation related issues. In 2004 he founded the ABPS Accountants Associates studio.

Born in Saronno on 29/07/1979.
Graduated in Economics and Commerce at the l’Università degli Studi di Milano, he is registered in the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Monza and Brianza and in the Register of Auditors. He plays the role of Statutory Auditor of the company. He mainly deals with tax and corporate consultancy for companies, extraordinary corporate reorganization operations as well as international taxation.

Teresa Maria deals with civil and commercial law and, in particular, with the negotiation and preparation of commercial distribution, agency and franchising contracts, in addition to service supply.
She also provides advice, on an ongoing basis, to Italian clients and multinationals in relation to their ordinary management activities, in the fields of commercial, corporate and business contract law.
Over the last few years she has developed new areas of legal advice in the field of personal data protection.
She also gained extensive experience in judicial assistance, both in ordinary and precautionary situations, including the field of employment law.
Graduated in Law from the l’Università degli Studi del Sannio (Benevento).
She obtained the PhD in Civil Procedural Law at the l’Università degli Studi di Bari
and is currently registered with the Milan Bar Association.

Accountant, registered with the Milan Association of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts. Specialized in civil and corporate tax consultancy, he mainly deals with corporate finance and strategic development consultancy. In 2004 he founded the ABPS Commercialisti Associati studio.

Born in Parma on 25/12/1960.
Labor Consultant, registered under no. 295 at the Order of Labor Consultants of the Province of Parma from 18/01/1985; he held the office of President of the same Provincial Order for two terms (2008-2014). Currently he is the secretary of the Certification and Conciliation Commission established at the Order of Labor Consultants of Parma and President of the Territorial Discipline Council of the Order of Labor Consultants of the Province of Mantua.

Born in Lodi on 7/5/1980.
She is graduated in Economics and Commerce from the Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi of Milan.
Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor, she is registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants of Milan.
Annalisa has been part of the Abps studio since 2005.
She has gained significant experience in tax and corporate consultancy for joint stock companies and in the management of tax problems for individuals, as well as in tax litigation.

Born in Milan on 17/08/1979.
Graduated in Economics and Commerce from the Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca, he is registered since 2009 in the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan and in the Register of Statutory Auditors. After graduating, he completed the apprenticeship necessary for the enrollment in the Order at an associated firm in Milan, carrying out consultancy in tax litigation. Subsequently he collaborated for several years with a consultancy firm in Milan, with a focus on the retail market, dealing with the development of reporting and analysis systems for indices and flows. From February 2020 he began to collaborate with the ABPS Commercialisti Associati studio. He mainly deals with tax, corporate and accounting consultancy for businesses and taxation of individuals. He currently holds the role of Statutory Auditor of commercial and financial companies.

Born in Bollate (MI) on 03/02/1981.
Graduated from the l’Università degli Studi of Milan in Political Science, business-economics address, with a thesis on the Montecarlo Method applied to finance.
He has acquired ten years of experience in the field of CTU and CTP technical consultancy, collaborating on civil and criminal procedures, as well as custodial and judicial administrations.
At ABPS he mainly deals with tax consultancy for small entrepreneurs and professionals, as well as micro-enterprises.

Born in Milan on 08/04/1991.
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Finance from the Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi.
He obtained a Master’s Degree in Economics of Markets and Financial Intermediaries at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. Tommaso is currently registered in the register of trainees Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan.

Maria Carla was born in Milan on 09/21/1993.
