Maura deals with consultancy, litigation and contracts in the field of civil law. Enrolled in the Milan Bar in February 2022, she graduated in Law from the Luigi Bocconi Commercial University, with full marks, discussing a thesis entitled “Abusive use of credit as a non-bankruptcy crime”. During her studies, she participated in the Erasmus program at the ESADE Business and Law School in Barcelona and did an internship at a Maltese company that deals with asset management. Before joining ABPS, she successfully completed an internship at the Court of Appeal of Milan (Civil Section I and Criminal Section II) and practiced forensics.

Graduated in Business Administration from the Luigi Bocconi University of Milan, he has been registered since 1989 in the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan and in the Register of Statutory Auditors. He mainly deals with tax and corporate consultancy for companies, including international leading groups, in relation to ordinary and extraordinary transactions.
He has gained significant experience in tax litigation, assisting the taxpayer at the Tax Commissions and actively collaborating with the lawyer in charge of the possible continuation of the dispute at the Court of Cassation.

Over the last few years she has developed new areas of legal advice in the field of personal data protection.
She also gained extensive experience in judicial assistance, both in ordinary and precautionary situations, including the field of employment law.

Labor Consultant, registered under no. 295 at the Order of Labor Consultants of the Province of Parma from 18/01/1985; he held the office of President of the same Provincial Order for two terms (2008-2014). Currently he is the secretary of the Certification and Conciliation Commission established at the Order of Labor Consultants of Parma and President of the Territorial Discipline Council of the Order of Labor Consultants of the Province of Mantua.
